Francesco Ragazzi was Moncler's art director before he started photographing LA skate culture and realized the visual world he was documenting was coherent enough to wear. Palm Angels launched as a photo book in 2014 and became a full label because the aesthetic — sun-bleached concrete, California street culture at the luxury price point — held together. The track suits are the signature: relaxed silhouette, luxurious construction, the price makes clear these aren't athletic wear. The graphic tees, hoodies, and outerwear carry the same LA-luxury register. Seasonal pieces rotate through across the full range.
